| Miles and miles of beach Gulf Islands National Sea Shore |
Today we spent the day at the beach. The water was 72 degrees and very pleasant, the air temperature was close to 90 degrees so it made for a good beach day. The water was very clear and only a few jelly fish and crabs could be found as far as sea life went. The bottom was all very fine sand so it was easy on the feet. The water was shallow for a long way out you could go out 300 or 400 hundred feet and it was not over any of our heads. Anna did find some small sand dollars, but almost no shells.
